I recently purchased the Tide Plus Double Power Detergent Washing Powder in the Jasmine & Rose variant, which came with an attractive offer of 3kg extra for free. As a regular user of Tide products, I was excited to try this new variant with its promise of double power cleaning and a delightful floral fragrance.
Pros:
Cleaning Performance: The Tide Plus Double Power detergent lives up to its claim of providing powerful cleaning. It effectively removes tough stains and dirt from my clothes, leaving them fresh and clean after every wash. I particularly noticed a significant improvement in the removal of stubborn stains like coffee spills and grass marks.
Fragrance: The Jasmine & Rose fragrance is a standout feature of this detergent. The pleasant floral scent lingers on the clothes even after they have dried, giving them a refreshing and soothing aroma. It’s a nice departure from the typical strong chemical odors found in some detergents.
Quantity Offer: The 7kg pack with an additional 3kg for free is a fantastic deal, especially for families or individuals who do a considerable amount of laundry regularly. It provides great value for money and saves me from frequent trips to buy detergent.
Easy Dissolving: The powder dissolves quickly in water, ensuring that it spreads evenly through the laundry, leaving no residue on the clothes. This prevents any chances of detergent spots or uneven cleaning.
Cons:
Measuring Scoop: While the detergent itself is excellent, I wish the package included a more robust and accurate measuring scoop. The one provided is flimsy and not very convenient to use, leading to occasional spills and wastage.
Sensitive Skin: Although the detergent does not cause any issues for most fabrics, it may not be the best choice for those with extremely sensitive skin. While I didn’t experience any problems, some users with sensitive skin might want to be cautious or use a milder detergent.
